Care Instruction

At Aikeyah, the garments are handmade and hand embroidered with very fine delicate materials , using only pure fabrics like silks, chiffons, organza, chanderi, crepe and 100 % cotton. We also develop our own surfaces using techniques like appliqué, and other surface ornamentations. These beautiful developed fabrics are then stitched into wearable clothing.  Thereby, requiring utmost care in handling and maintaining, making it imperative to be gentle with all Aikeyah’s Clothing.

Since most of the clothing is handmade, hand dyed and hand embroidered we strictly recommend DRY CLEAN ONLY

We also recommend only Steam Ironing your clothes to maintain the freshness and texture of the product.

The garments should also be stored in a cotton bag, the one that comes with your order, away from dust and sunlight for a long healthy life. 

Please do not store your garments in a Moist Environment.

We do not guarantee colour bleeding caused due to machine or hand washing.

Return, Refund & Exchange

Returns & Exchange

At Aikeyah, we make products with love & dedication. Most of the garments are hand made / hand embroidered.  As we are a made-to-order label and the garments are made specific to your size and height, accepting returns is not possible.

However in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the item(s) ordered:

 

Manufacturing Defect

Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item, which is faulty or damaged, please write to us at care@aikeyah.com  describing the issues within 2 days of receipt of the order.

We will be able to exchange items with manufacturing defect after running a stringent quality check process on receipt of the return. We will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Once the return is accepted we will re-make the same item and send it for you within 18-20 working days.


Incorrect Size

We do not accept returns or offer refunds  in case of incorrect Size.

However, incase of an incorrect sizing we will be happy to alter if the item(s) received are of an incorrect size. If you need an exchange for a different size because of sizing issues, please write to us at care@aikeyah.com within 2 days of receipt of order. For an item to qualify for exchange please ensure the returned item(s) are unworn and in perfect condition.

Once the item(s) returned reach our warehouse, we will be able to alter or exchange and send it back to you within 18-20 working days. Cost of return to be borne by the customer.

 

Returning Item(s)

If  you  return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at care@aikeyah.com  with your name, address, order number, reason for returning the item(s), shipping agency and tracking number of the parcel.

Aikeyah cannot be held responsible for items lost in post, damaged in transit or held at customs. 

 

Changes/ Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at care@aikeyah.com. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 14 working days. Once an order goes into production i.e post 24 hrs, cancellation and refund is not possible.

All custom orders are excluded from the returns policy.
